Opening Keynote is Nancy Thaler, President of the National Association of State Directors of Developmental Disabilities. Nancy will address emerging trends, strategic thinking, and new models of support. Closing Keynote is Patricia Fratangelo, Executive Director of Onondaga Community Living in Syracuse, NY. Her seminar titled "Changing Lives, Changing Systems" will include practical strategies on how to move a service system to be more centered on the people in need of service.

Shirley A. Paceley, M.S.
Shirley is an international trainer with more than 30 years of experience working with people with disabilities. In addition to being a trainer, she is a counselor, consultant, writer, advocate and visionary.
