“I could write pages as to how Blue Tower Training Center has changed our agency. They have provided our staff and consumers with sexual abuse curriculum, a new approach to consumer-centered planning, Illinois Voices, a dreams seminar, leadership training, and spirituality realization. Our consumers are now speaking out, making choices, and planning their futures, and our staff are working with them to make their dreams become realities.”
